Expands Into Five Midwestern States

California law firm Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP represented long-time client WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems, LLC in the acquisition of Automatic Apartment Laundries, Inc., one of the largest laundry route companies in the Midwest. JMBM’s team included Rob Steinberg and Neill Brower.

This is the fifth acquisition in which JMBM has represented WASH since its acquisition by private equity firm CHS Capital in August 2008. JMBM previously represented WASH in its acquisitions of Clarks Coin Laundry, Excalibur Laundries, Fowler Commercial Laundry Solutions and Appliance Specialists.

WASH is the west coast’s largest provider of laundry facility management services for college residence halls, apartment buildings, condos, military bases and other multifamily housing locations. The acquisition of all the outstanding capital stock of Automatic Apartment Laundries, Inc. expands WASH’s presence by five states including Wisconsin, Michigan and the northern areas of Illinois, Ohio and Indiana.
