Our lawyers successfully completed all zoning and land use entitlements for what is considered to be the most ambitious mixed-use development in the revitalization of the historic Hollywood district in Los Angeles. We advised The Clarett Group, one of New York’s finest real estate developers, on the $300 million, seven-acre BLVD6200 project that includes more than 1,000 apartment units, 2,700 underground parking spaces and 175,000 square feet of retail space. In addition to the regulatory approvals, the effort included gaining the support of Hollywood businesses, homeowner associations and neighborhood councils.
