The combination of Freedom and Wilcon has produced one of the leading telecom service providers in Southern California, creating access to high-capacity connectivity in strategic markets not otherwise served by competitive providers. The combined company’s services will include dark fiber, Ethernet services, and managed optical wavelengths.
