JMBM Represents Freedom Telecommunications in Sale to Wilcon Holdings LLC

Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) is pleased to announce its representation of Freedom Dark Fiber Networks (now Freedom Telecommunications) in its sale to Wilcon Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of Pamlico Capital.

The combination of Freedom and Wilcon has produced one of the leading telecom service providers in Southern California, creating access to high-capacity connectivity in strategic markets not otherwise served by competitive providers.
