The Plaintiff, ZF Micro Solutions, Inc., claimed $77.5 million in damages for TAT’s and Mr. Putney’s alleged breaches of fiduciary duty. Following a month-long trial, the jury deliberated for 90 minutes before returning a verdict in favor of TAT and Mr. Putney, finding ZF Micro Solutions, Inc.’s claims to be time-barred. The lawsuit was filed in February 2009, and following a protracted litigation, on February 28, 2014, the trial court denied ZF Micro Solutions, Inc.’s motion for a new trial.
