JMBM Represents The Sourcing Group in Acquisition of Vanguard Direct

Los Angeles, CA – October 27, 2025 – Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) recently represented The Sourcing Group LLC (“TSG”) in the acquisition of Vanguard Direct, Inc., an integrated market and business solutions provider offering outsourced marketing, fulfillment, and logistics services, branded merchandise, and promotional material creation and distribution across the East Coast.

The JMBM team was led by partner Jay Thompson and included partners Marianne Martin, Travis Gemoets, Jamie Ogden, Trevor Countryman, and Nate Shaw, as well as associates Melody Mohammadi, Vanessa Han, Kourosh Azin, Joseph Stolz, Julia Siewit, Alex Palabrica, and Liza Kirillova.
