JMBM successfully completed an arbitration between two national clothing and accessories brands concerning monies owed

JMBM successfully completed an arbitration between national clothing and accessories brands Cherokee Inc. and Mossimo, Inc. in a case concerning monies owed to Cherokee as a result of Mossimo entering into a finder’s fee agreement with Cherokee. JMBM’s Intellectual Property group lawyers negotiated the original finder’s fee agreement for Cherokee. It was this agreement that was upheld.
